Cookie Policy
How we use cookies and similar technologies.
Last updated: 30 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Capsule Corp. SC (the “Agency,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.forefront.works (the “Website”). It should be read together with our Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle personal data more generally. We use cookies in line with the GDPR, the EU ePrivacy rules and Belgian law, which require your consent before we place non-essential cookies on your device.
01 What are cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit it. Cookies let the site recognise your device, remember your actions and preferences, and collect information about how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags and local storage, which we refer to together as “cookies” in this policy.
02 Categories of cookies we use
We group cookies into the following categories:
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the Website to function, for example to manage page navigation and security. These do not require consent and cannot be switched off through our cookie banner.
- Preference cookies: remember choices you make, such as your language, to improve your experience.
- Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it. We set these only with your consent.
- Marketing cookies: used to measure and tailor our advertising and outreach. We set these only with your consent.
03 Cookies on our Website
The table below lists the cookies we currently use. Complete or adjust it to match the actual cookies set by your site — a cookie scanner can generate this list.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| [cookie_name] | Forefront | Maintains your session and site security | Strictly necessary | Session |
| [cookie_name] | Forefront | Remembers your cookie consent choices | Strictly necessary | [6 months] |
| [lang_pref] | Forefront | Stores your language preference | Preference | [12 months] |
| _ga / _ga_* | Google Analytics | Measures site usage and visitor numbers | Analytics | [up to 24 months] |
| [ad_id] | [LinkedIn / Meta] | Measures and targets advertising | Marketing | [up to 12 months] |
Note: the current site is static and sets no analytics or marketing cookies of its own — it only loads Google Fonts. Update this register once you add analytics, a consent banner, or advertising pixels.
04 Your consent and how to manage cookies
When you first visit the Website, our cookie banner asks you to accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Website cannot work without them. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by [reopening the cookie settings via the link in our footer]. Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies already placed, but they will not be used for further processing and will expire as set out above.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting existing cookies and blocking new ones. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Website may not work properly. Guidance is available in your browser’s help pages.
05 Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties that provide services on our Website, such as analytics and advertising providers. These providers may process your data under their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review. We set third-party non-essential cookies only with your consent.
06 Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. The version published on the Website is the one in force, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
